STUDENT LUNCH ACCOUNT INFORMATION
The district is looking into providing you with information on student lunch account balances by e-mail or in some cases by phone. While the frequency and type of notifications are still being worked out, you may see or receive this information shortly.  We anticipate that it will make keeping track of what is being spent on lunches at school easier.
 
The Winthrop and Bernice Perry Scholarship
 
The Winthrop and Bernice Perry Scholarship application will open February 1, 2015 the deadline is March 2, 2015 at 5pm Eastern Time. 
 
Who should apply?
New Hampshire residents who are:
  • A current resident of Wilton, Lyndeborough or Milford, with at least two years’ residency.
  • A graduating high school senior, an undergraduate or graduate student, an adult returning to school or a student involved in a vocational program.
  • Planning to enroll during the 2015-2016 school year at an accredited post-secondary institution, including technical college (but not trade school) or two- or four-year college or university on a half-time (6+ credits) or full-time basis.

Milford High School and Applied Technology Center Field Trip

 
Tuesday, February 3rd 
Students will tour the Applied Technology Center and obtain more information on classes that are available to them.
  • Bus leaves WLC at 8:00AM and will return to WLC at 10:00AM.
  • Please stop by Guidance to pick up your permission slip.
  • Deadline for permission slips to be turned in is Friday, January 23rd.​


The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services recently released information about the Ebola virus.  Please follow this link if you are interested in learning more about this disease.



 

Enterovirus in Area

The City of Nashua Division of Public Health and Community Services recently sent information to our district about Enterovirus D-68 (EV-D68), a respiratory illness that can cause mild to severe cold and respiratory symptoms.  As of September 10, 2014, a total of 84 people across six states have been confirmed cases of EV-D68. The towns of Wilton and Lyndeborough are in the area that needs to be aware of this community health concern.  Please click on this link to learn more information.
